Following the first tour of 1999, All Japan held it's traditional "FAN APPRECIATION DAY", this year on 2/13 at Tokyo Korakuen Hall. The feature concept of the convention was a one night six man tag tournament, involving four teams. The final was notable for Kentaro Shiga scoring a major upset pin, one of the biggest of his career at that point.

Semi Final: Mitsuharu Misawa, Yoshinari Ogawa & Masahito Kakihara beat Hiroshi Hase, Takao Omori & Yoshihiro Takayama (17:33) when Misawa used a Tiger Driver on Omori.
